I submitted my friend's site, http://www.fittodefend.com, a web site about a video course to help people get fit and learn martial arts at the same time to http://www.dmoz.org/Sports/Martial_Arts/Fitness_and_Conditioning/Cardio_Kickboxing_and_Aerobics

But then I looked around some and found http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Entertainment/Recordings/Video/Fitness

Several martial arts video programs were listed there. Should the site be listed at both? If so, what do I need to do?

Probably not listed in both, but both editors might like to consider the site on its merits.

Submit to the second category if you like, but be aware that you would probably end up in one or the other, but not both.
