for begginers as me

Hello all,
I live in Czech republic, so my English should have some mistakes, please forgive that. last year I decided to make my first website, I bought at Xmass Eve morning book about "How to" and while the others in whole word were celebrate I sat and coded. For some time I decided to increase position of my site

in results for keywords, so I browsed long weeks many chats and forums for advises...

here my story begins: I suggest my url in many catalogues, but only Dmoz
does not send me any confirmation about, not registration, but about recieving my suggestion, up today, I tried mybe twice or tripple to suggest,
and it should be the reason why my site will never be added to Dmoz.

Please, could you make it for the others, not to be banned, to make some robotmail which send to all who trying to add, some short mail like your suggestion is proceeding, it should take some time, or in case you broke rules, it never will be added. I dont know, if someone check my suggestion already and refuse that or not. It is the reson why I sent it several times.

Is somewhere please any listing of sites waiting for designation?

I check many directories in Czech language, there is none moderator, please, how you would check if sites are relevant?

I found many links to sites, where are none informations, or to webs which are dead... Who will delete this sites from your listing, when you would like be actuall?

please, answer me at least here, because I have feel, there is no supervisor...

No need to apologize for your English. You write it better than I write any non-English language.

For someone whose first language was English, I would post here a very brusque "Read the FAQs and guidelines". But that doesn't seem appropriate in this case, since the information in Czech is either nonexistant or hard to find.

Do you by any chance read German more comfortably than English? I understand many people in central and eastern Europe do. If so, you may want to have a look at Richtlinien dieses Forums and Über das Open Directory Project.

They don't speak German in the Czech republic, you can look it up in wikipedia you know

I was actually thinking in terms of a second language. German used to be very commonly used as such in that part of the world, though perhaps that's changing.

Not the whole world! Santa Claus was flying around with his WiFi dropping off toys and coal.
