Forbidden:when I try to look through some category

I was under the section of "Top: World: Chinese Simplified (13,414) " trying to browse some of the categories. I got the fobidden error messages from 13 of 15 sub categories.

For example
http://dmoz.org/World/Chinese_Simplified/新闻/

The error message is

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /World/Chinese_Simplified/æ–°é—»/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I don't think there is any reason for not allowing me to access those catogories.

Don't take it too personally, it's happening to me too.

I'll post a bug report if one isn't already there.

[added] It was already reported internally, we're working on it.
