Fraud report

I submitted a fraud report on Feb. 23th and nothing has happened, as of yet. I am quite certain that the editor in question is abusing the system. I have my reference code, is there someone I can send that code to in order to make things happen.

At the moment, we are having some issues with our public abuse reporting system. You can PM the details of your allegations, if you like. I can't guarantee a personal response to you on the subject, but I can guarantee that I'll look into the issue.
