French only book publishers, site submission

We are a French book publishers, <URL removed>, and I have added our listing to the Business/Publishing_and_Printing/Publishing/Books/Politics_and_Government/Socialism as the text's with Editions Delga deal with the fundamental human sciences texts in hope to make the public opinion sensitized to the degradation of the cultural public services.

Is this the correct place to add this site and is DMOZ only localized for the English speaking world or is there an international version, if so where?
