Not accepted at this time, as an editor considered it does not have enough content.

Should I resubmit the website or should I wait? Because I think it has a lot more content now.

It was last review on May 16th. Only you can know how many changes you have made since then. If you feel they are significant, then you are welcome to re-suggest the site for listing.

I will not be the one reviewing it, but I think the main problem is that you have a lot of sections with zero entries. That is the very first thing I see on the left, and for me it stops me looking at the other parts of the site.

The other thing is that when I look who posts, it's a limited list of names.

Sites of this kind often have a problem making it into ODP, since they get refused for the sections with zero content, but if you didn't have the sections, you would never be able to get the content.

However, in my personal unofficial opinion, you should not give up. Try to build some more content and resubmit. I think the site has potential.
