getting Proxy error when clicking on "Suggest URL"

folks, I have drilled down into the site category where I believe my web site belongs, and then I clicked on "suggest url" link -- I am getting:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi-bin/add.cgi.
Reason: Error reading from remote server

I did it twice, from different computers, over a period of 2 days.

my site is <url removed> and I believe it belongs in this category:
