There is only one advise we can give.
If you site meets our guidelines and fits in that category you are free to suggest it (once).
Somewhen in the future one of editors will look at the suggestion and decide if we want to list it. Who this editor will be and when (s)he will look at the site we cannot predict.

That is OK. But DMOZ editors are vollunteers who do this as a hobby. So if we don't feel like it we just don't do the work. We might do other things we like at the moment, inside or outside DMOZ. And maybe tomorrow we might feel like we are willing to look at the category you are interested in, or maybe not. I do not know what I will be doing tomorrow and I certainly don't know what my fellow editors will be doing.
