Got a link in the reviewer comments.

Firstly thanks to all ODP people to start a forum like this. I recently applied for the editorship of a category of my interest. I did write a very honest application explaining my interest and submitted sites with descriptions after reading the guidelines.

Today I received an email, stating that I am not accepted, however in the reviewer comments section, there's a link of a category. My question is what am I being told to do now?

1. Am I being accepted for that category (which I think NOT)

2. Should I apply in this category as an editor?

P.S The category mentioned in the reviewer comments area, is somewhat closely related to the original category I applied to.

I'll be thankful if someone can look in their for me. I can also post the link of the category if required.

I think the reviewing editor felt that the new category would be better suited for you. I suggest you apply to that category using the name javijo.

The category could be what the reviewer thought was a more appropriate placement for the suggested URLs you put in your application.
