Government site abuse

has anyone ever seen a government website that sells bachelor party packages or strip club access? this one does and listed under government category. looks like travelnice and paradisefound tours has using the site for advertisement.
I have reported about it last week and jeanmanco has taken care of, however they must know somebody inside, they got listed back to government category.
