Gross abuse

I'm a somali music fan and have recently discovered some irregularities.

If you search Somali music on google, it comes out with a list of sites.

The first one there is www.markacadey.net/music.htm

But the guy has this as his header; Bclub19.com:: Somali.com Download Somali music Download Somali ...
Basically what is happening is this, a site called sclub19.com was the number one on google for the search term, but the guy above has been very inventive when it comes to black hat SEO. That's why his header refers to his new site bclub19.com, basically his trying to out do the other site.

But he goes further than that.

On the same google search term, the third on the list; music.jowhar.com, is also owned by him. Only this time, his header is this; ::All somali.com:>>somali music somaliuk somali music video somali ...

Allsomali.com has nothing to do with this guy. Not even closely affiliated. The owner of that site actually died and its being run by a relation. But this sick dude is trying to lure people in by associating with it or even confusing people with that header.

This is sick and I'm guessing the only reason it hasn't been noticed is because its in a niche area and also because people don't know how to address this.

I don't think vultures like this should be listed on DMOZ.

Ps. I've also noticed that (URL DELETED), which is owned by a (WEBMASTER OF IRRELEVANT GENDER), is not listed on dmoz, but (PRONOUN DELETED) still kicking ass as nr.2. been there for years and has an extensive library of free music.

Editors, do some justice here. Look into it. But I think honesty should also be rewarded and maybe you should look into adding her on DMOZ and deleting that cheating scumbag.

We only judge a website on the content visible to humans.
If Sclub19 or Allsomali have problems with actions of this person they will have to contact him not us. We can not change his website(s).
But as long as the websites have enough unique content and don't violate DMOZ guidelines in another way we will keep them listed.

If Sclub19 is not listed you can suggest the website and we will look at the suggestion just like we look at all other suggestions.

That link is not listed in the ODP and there is no indication that it ever has been. (The root URL is listed, but not in a music related category.)

Neither music.jowhar.com nor jowhar.com or any deeplink of those URLs is listed in dmoz, and again there is no trace of them ever having been listed. The same is true for bclub19.com.

It looks like the problem here is with how Google treats the sites, not anything related to the Open Directory Project.
