guidance needed with category choices

I need a little guidance I had submitted the url www.motopixel.com in the past and likely choose the wrong category …

The main category is no longer excepting submissions
http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Motorcycles/

and none of the sub cats seem just right to me … the site has two core areas ‘current motorcycle news’ and ‘motorcycle event photos’ any input as to the proper cat would be greatly appreciated

Well, I would have liked to look at the site to check... But it seems your bandwidth limit is exceeded. Do you really want any further publicity? ;-)

Ouch that was bad I have doubled its bandwidth allocation …. Sorry for the inconvenience... Normally I would receive an e mail at 80% of usage of any domain I have on that server unsure why I did not get a warning before it was cut off …

The site works now, but I get 404 errors when trying to access the news and past news sections. ( http://www.motopixel.com/topics.html and http://www.motopixel.com/archive.html ). Unless that problem is specific to me I suggest you check your site again before submitting anywhere.

Also, I'm not sure quite how much nudity is acceptable in this category - I notce quite a bit in the galleries on the site - this might make it more suitable for a category in the Adult section of the directory.

Ok its been an interesting week … apparently their were some config change done to the server this site is hosted on which rendered how I was over coming the dynamic urls useless and more then a few links dead these should all be fixed … but I’m back to square one with the dynamic urls ERRR …


As for the nudity no total nudity is allowed there are some topless shots .. from various bike rallies .. that type of behavior is fairly common place at most major events …


Which if I have not worn out my welcome yet with this site brings me back to what is the best category?

And how do I avoid going to an adult category … tons of so called photography sites show far more flesh in the name of ‘ART’
