Not only was it not accepted, it was rejected.

(I really think you should give a complete status report if the information is available.)

Sorry for the confusion. That is what I meant. There are, of course, only four states: (1) waiting, (2) accepted, (3) greenbusted/tentatively accepted, (4) reviewed and not accepted.

I'm trying to get away from terminology that implies rejection is a positive action. It's really not a positive action, it is merely the absence of any reason for thinking a site might have a reason for acceptance.

This is another way of saying the question "why was my site rejected?" is completely meaningless. The only question is "why would it be accepted?" And, failing a positive answer to THAT, there's only one other state for a site to be in.

OK, I'll try to find some other way of making the point.
