Has my site been flagged/banned?

Greetings,

Last year (before I knew better) I used an auto-submission program to submitt my site to a variety of search engines, etc... According to my records, I did auto-submitted to dmoz on December 6th, 2003. I understand that auto-submission software is a violation of dmoz policy, and would like to find out if my site has been flagged or banned as a result of this violation. I do not wish to check the status of my submission, (as it has not been a month yet), only whether or not my site has been flagged/banned. The url I submitted on 12/6/2003 was http://www.hermitageacoustics.com . Thanks for your time, Jeff

If you only submitted it once there is no problem.
I can find no information about this site. This means that no editor rejected the site or moved it to an other category.
If you want to know about the status of your site you can post a request in the Site Submission Status forum. But first read the guidelines for posting there.
