has www.dimebagdarrell.co.uk been banned??

Hi,

I posted a check for www.dimebagdarrell.co.uk many months ago, seehere.

Since then ive been monitering via google etc how site is performing in the ranks and checking if its been lsited in dmoz yet. A few days ago i noticed that google has 'lost' all information on the URL? See here .

Im wondering if this has anything to do with submitting the URL to DMOZ. I did try and list it under 2 catagories (under the 2 bands dimebag darrell played with). Has the site been banned? In the thread above i asked if this would effect anything and i was told 'probably not'.

The fact that a site is found or not found through G's search has totaly nothing to do with being listed or not being listed at DMOZ.

I thought Google used DMOZ for results? When you to submit to google it takes you to the DMOZ pages. Or am i getting things mixed up?!

That is the Google Directory not the Google Search.
Google used DMOZ data for its directory.
All sites in the directory can be found through the search but the search has also many more sites that are not in the directory.
As your site was never listed in the DMOZ directory ther can't be any influence on your site being found in the search.
