Posting here will not expedite a website's evaluation.

Generally, if two websites would go in the same category, they are related and we'll list one of them at most.

Then you most likely did not follow the terms and conditions which you agreed to (twice) when you suggested the sites.

but dont know what will be the response and how will I know the reply!!!

As jimnoble said, probably one of them, at most will be listed. But editors don't provide feedback to webmasters - all you can do is suggest that a particular site is reviewed, and the time of review as well as the outcome is up to the editors.

This forum's FAQ has some general information which you'll probably be interested in: http://www.resource-zone.com/forum/faq.php?faq=odp#faq_faq_site_questions

How does one submit a website to two separate relevant categories for a website?

In addition, i wanted to know if once a site is listed in DMOZ, will Google Japan use the same data? Wanted to know since my site is multilingual.

Thanks in advance,
Sandeep Balaji

Suggest a site to one category only.

You´ll have to ask Google about their use of our data.

DMOZ is not Google, all though when they feel like it Google has been known to copy DMOZ data for its own directory's use. As far as DMOZ is concerned, if a s site is truly multilingual (by truly, I mean not machine translated into a garbled mess) then it may be considered in corresponding World language categories for each language that its available in.
That is something that is going to be up to the editors, and we will still only consider the main URL (the multiple language versions should be readily linked on the main URL), so when suggesting its best to suggest once to the best category and mention in the suggestion forum [available in language 1, language 2, etc as well.].
