Hi, I have submitted a domain a couple to three times and have not seen it appear. I recently posted this on a SEO discussion group and they said it would have been considered spam and now be blocked - could this be?

And if so how would I correct this?

If you suggested it only 2 or 3 times we won't call it spam (stupid maybe, but not spam yet), certainly not of it was odne to the same category.
If you would like to know the status of your suggestion please read the forum guidelines (link in my sig) and give us the needed information (and at the proper time).

And forget these SEO boards, most of the things I read there about DMOZ and other directories and search engines are wrong.

First, get the facts. You do this by going to the submission status forum and posting a properly formatted request that lists all the cateogries where you made your submission. Once we determine the cats we can determine if it is necessary to do anything.

Relax, we have plenty of time, the firing squad is on vacation for a week, :D so there is no use worrying until we have the facts. Normally two or three submissions does not qualify one as a spammer.
