I'd just like to explain that I submitted my site (url removed) 2 or 3 times because I entire reconstructed it twice. It will not change and I will not submit it again. I apoligize for any inconvenience and hope you understand.

Don't worry about it - all that will have happened is that you will have overwritten your previous suggestion.

Is your native language not English? I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but we do have forums where editors answer questions in various other languages. I'f you'd be more comfortable communicating in another language, you can ask there also.
