Help...I am not getting listed and need advice

I would appreciate some feedback on what has happened to our submissions. We have submitted on a number of occasions (of course we waited between them - approximately 30 days each time). The Editor has changed a couple of times, so I understand that there is probably a backlog. If we were doing something wrong it would be great to hear so that we can correct our error.
