Help! I do not see anywhere to let me submit

Ok..I really hope Im not being stupid...but I am trying to get my Graphic Design Services site submitted. It says "Proceed to the Open Directory home at dmoz.org -
Start here to find a category to submit to." I go to the directory for graphic design sites...and I see no where for me to "submit site" Can anyone help?

That would be because you're meant to choose one of the subcategories (and if the subcategory you choose has a alphabar at the top, then you need to pick the appropriate letter).
