"Greenbusters" are editors without enough experience to list sites in a category. But they can give preliminary approval to submittals there.
This means that the next time an editor that CAN edit in that category works there, your site will almost certainly be looked at. (It has now become a "high priority review".
This is better than not being a high priority.
Also, at least one editor thought it was worth being listed. This is better than 95% of the sites that have been submitted and not yet listed.
But we still do not know exactly when it will receive final review, and we still cannot be sure that the site will actually be listed. (That depends on the final review.)
So that was good news, but (like everything else in the ODP) cannot be translated into absolute dates or absolute certainties.
