Help needed to update listing.

I have been trying to have the title and description of our website corrected for over 8 months and no changes have been made. What do I need to do to have this infoirmation up dated to reflect more accurately our website ?

You culd start with asking for a status of your suggestion.
Just as a new suggestion an update request is also only a suggestion.
In most cases the update request will not be implemented as most request are about trying to get a description that is not compliant with ODP policies (at least that is my personal experience).
