Help on changing description

I have changed the description for our web site and submitted it twice over the last two months. It still has not changed, nor have I been given any response. How do I contact someone to find out why our site description is not being changed as request?

It's most likely a description that is non compliant with our Guidelines, and is just being deleted as such. Please read this:

Added - There are usually many editors who can edit in a category, but you can speak to us if you'd like.

Depending on how much activity there is in the category, it's quite possible that your update requests haven't been reviewed yet. In some category trees, update requests seldom have to wait longer than a week, but in other parts of the directory it's not unusual for requests to wait several months before an editor decides to edit in the category and review update requests.
