Help please

I am currently working on a site offering a shopping review service. Each shopping site is given an impartial review by our staff, and we plan to allow users to review each site as well. At the moment the sites reviewed have affiliate links to each merchant. Is this service going to be banned due to the affiliate links?

your website only appears to deal with links to other people sites, affiliate links themselves are not going to be a major factor but its the decision as to whether your site provides anything new to the category you submitted to.

its not my decision to make but the fact that you have your own opinions, reviews and ratings will however work in your favour.
