Help to choose a section :)

My site of <URL deleted>. A subject is mobile telephones. Site Ukrainian. But in the section of dmoz.org/World/Ukrainian/ there is not a suitable section (and the sites of similar subject are not present). Help to choose a correct section for filing of an application ! The nearest it dmoz.org/World/Russian/. As majority of traffic on a site, exactly Russian and Ukrainian. Does can there to give? But here will accept the Ukrainian site there?

If a domain specifies on that a site is located in Ukraine.
And content all in Russian language.
Does make sense to give a request in dmoz.org/World/Russian/ ?

A website should always be suggested to the World/Language category that matches the language of the website.
If a websites is specific for one country it should be suggested to World/Language/Regional/../Country/.....
The word "Regional" would be written in the language, in Russian that would be (hope copy and paste will work ok) Страны и регионы

We list sites by the language on the site, not where the domain is registered.
