It is a much better use of the volunteers time if you contribute a bit more to this discussion.
What categories have you considered?
Where do you think it might fit?
Are you trying to choose between two or thee categories?
Without seeming rude, we simply cannot take the time to do placement services without a certin level of effort from the person suggesting the URL.

There's really no need and no reason to do placement services here at all.
Why should we? Why would we want to?
We give EVERY submitted site placement services, over there at dmoz.org! We have very efficient tools for moving sites to better categories, and we have the sites visible to the editors most involved with the relevant categories -- which we don't have here. On the other hand, we have here an inefficient but bidirectional communication channel, which is not needed for site placement but is valuable for other things.
So -- get off the line! Go browse around and find the closest category you can. (Hint: the deeper into the category structure you go, the better it will probably be.) The editors will take it from there. We'll give your site the same special attention we give to all submittals.
