Help With Duplicate Content

ODP refuses to list my site due to duplicate content.

I have been informed by a local SEO company that we have problems listing on google due to duplicate content.

I need help figuring out how to remove this duplicate content and which sites are duplicated.

Preferably a link to the same software that odp and google uses to determine duplicate content would be useful if such software exists.

Don't know about google - you'll have to ask them. The ODP relies on its human editors and the ability of their human brains to see when one site is the same as another site.

TIP: do a search on the word palmestates on Google and you will find a lot of information (forget about the .com and .info websites as they are clearly not related to you)
