That's because that's not the right place for a B&B site. Drill down as far in Regionally-specific topics as is possible (yes, down to the city block, if possible!) and only THEN begin to look for specific industry breakdown.

Other than abuse reports, posting here doesn't affect the directory in any way. You won't be penalised for suggesting your site to the correct category, so go right ahead. You can come back to this same thread a month later and ask for another status report.

You don't have to re-post. You can wait until the editor spots your site in the wrong category unreviewed pile, and moves it closer to the right category to wait for a review (this process may take multiple steps...) We do that for all sites, and if the wrong category was at all plausible -- which yours was -- we won't really even mind.

But if it's to your benefit to get the site listed more quickly, a bit more help from you may make a difference. Your choice, and whatever you decide: in the toxic waste swamp of hotel rezzing spammers and travel directory banner ad farms, submittal of a real site about a real provider of accommodation service in a real geographic location will be GREATLY appreciated, even if (for reasons mentioned above) we don't get to it quickly.

You jumped the gun a bit on the timing, but on the other hand, I do appreciate your help. The site is waiting there for an editor to review it.

But.... when the Bondi property is actually available for rent, use the 'update listing' option in the existing category (if it has been listed) to request a move to the level that encompasses both locations (Bondi and Surrey Hills = Greater_Sydney) http://dmoz.org/Regional/Oceania/Au...ater_Sydney/Travel_and_Tourism/Accommodation/

If not listed, suggest the site to that category *when the accommodation is available* (place a note in brackets [at the end of your description to say previously suggested to Surrey hills, but new property added])
