I have seen in an old thread that if you re-submit your website, it will automaticly rejected. Why is it that? I spend a lot of time improving my web site. It could reach the criteria of dmoz during those improvements. It becomes unfair to not take the time to evaluate the web site once again if I take a delay of about a year to re-submit that site.

Old threads do not necessarily reflect the current state... There is no need to suggest a site more than once. New suggestions will only overwrite an already pending suggestion.
