That link you give is for someone using ODP data, and we can't control what they do.
For reference in ODP itself http://dmoz.org/World/Hrvatski/Računala/Internet/Usluge/ pressing the red button on the bottom right - uses a similar process
It's not done by ODP, it's done by http://www.thumbshots.org/ as a free service for ODP, they take care of updating.
I think you can send then your URL.
