You'll excuse me seeming tetchy but it's been a long day - some of it spent answering several remarkably similar questions here - and I really do need to get to bed.

1. Our submission guidelines require that you suggest your website once to the one best category. I urge you to stop ignoring them lest you be taken for a spammer and treated accordingly.

2. Read some of the more recent threads in this forum which are on a similar topic.

3. For more info, try reading this forum's FAQ.

4. Be patient.

Night night.

OK, then you've done all that would be _helpful_, at least so far as your website and the website dmoz.org are concerned.

But so far as the broader subject of history is concerned, there's so much work remaining that you can pretty much pick what you want to focus on. And since you have your own website, you can pretty much decide how to do it. You won't have any more spare time than you force yourself to take!

American civil war

Hello
I have wondered a little bit of it with dmoz directory service.

Is not this all a big jamboree.
I mean how do you determine if the site spacewalk or not.
I have tried to get to my site, which is about the American civil war for three years, but it is still not there.

My site is one of the largest available on the Web in this category.

Now I wonder why it never comes up in dmoz directory service.

It is a bit strange given that schools user my site for training purposes, but it is not in dmoz

<url removed>

The answer to your question hasn't changed since August - a site is not reviewed until editor chooses to a) edit the relevant category and b) review the specific site.

Please do not post your URL in the forum, since we do not discus specific sites here. Thank you.
