How can I submit my Site on Dmoz?

Hi,

I am new with this and looking to submit my site on Dmoz...

Find the "Suggest a Site" link at the top of the page where the best category for the site is. Click and follow instructions.

The suggest a site-link is actually an icon that looks like a paper in front of a filing cabinet (I think it should represent that at least...) after the category path in the third row from the top...

Example:
Home >Cooking >Snacks (number of listed sites) (become an editor-icon) (suggest a site-icon)
