why i can not visit http://dmoz.org/ or http://www.dmoz.org?
are there other ways to submit a website to ODP?how to do?

Your profile does not indicate where you are from, but if you re physically located in China, your government blocks access to DMOZ.

you are right i am from china. so that is the reason i can not visit DOMZ.
but if i use proxy ,why i have this problem?

do you have any good ideas to solve it?

The only real solution is to find a proxy that *will* allow you to access the site.
