How can I suggest a site to a category in another language?

How can I suggest a site to a category in another language... when that category does not seem to exist in that language...

In other words, this category, http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Broadcasting/Video_Shows/

...shows that this category also exists in Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish.
But this category NEEDS to be in Spanish too...

Suggest several appropriate sites to the parent category. The subcategory will be created when the local-language editor sees a need for it.

Spanish has a Podcasting category at http://dmoz.org/World/Español/Medios_de_comunicación/Podcasting/ - is that similar to what you are looking for?

Unfortunately, I know of only ONE "Computers: Internet: Broadcasting: Video Shows" that is in Spanish....

However, ALL TEN of the top 10 countries... AND all 10 of the top 10 Cities... searching for online video shows are Spanish-speaking countries... AND Cities... according to Google Trends.

Will they add a Spanish category when only ONE Spanish-language online television show exists?

A category is typically added when (1) there are several sites for it, or sometimes (2) when there may be only one site for it, but it fills out a consistently-@linked pattern in the taxonomy.

It's the local editors' judgment.
