I have summitted <url removed> many times for these days? but dmoz allway tell me "Service Temporarily Unavailable", why??

Because it doesn't work right now.

The submit a suggestion thing is still broke, and we don't know when it will get fixed, so you'll just have to keep checking, . Sorry for the inconvience.
