How do I change a category

I submitted my site to a general category and I would like to change it to a more specific one. Can anyone tell me how I could get that done?

If the site hasn't been listed yet, just suggest it to the right category. If it has already been listed, use the Update listing link at the top of the category where it is listed.

But remember, an editor will assign it to the single best category on the basis of the site content.

If the category does not have an editor

I was wondering if the category does not have an editor who look at the site for submission?

All categories have editors, they're just named in higher categories and edit in all categories beneath them,
