How do I communicate with a specific Category Editor?

I am interested in discussing the work being done in
Regional > North America > United States > California > Government

Any way to find the editor and start a dialog?

Editors do not usually get into dialogues. It's kind of a one way message system, you can send a message, editors are advised not to respond.

You can try editor feedback. You'd do better, I think, to suggest what you're thinking of here; if it sounds at all reasonable, we can either pass it back to the internal forums or try to persuade you to help do it.
