How do I know if I have been listed?

Hi,

I submitted my website 3 to 4 months ago to ODP, how do I know if I have been accepted or rejected?

I have done a search for my website on the Open Directory but it isn't being found so do I assume from this that my site has been rejected?

Why do you think it should be rejected? [see Sites Generally Not Included ]
If you think it should be rejected you should not have suggested it at all.
Could it be that the website is just waiting review?
Time between suggestion and review of a website can vary between a few days and several years.

Hi, I don't think it should have been rejected but I can't find it listed and I'm not sure how I find out if it has or not?

My website is <URL removed> is there anyway of finding out whether my website has been reviewed yet or not?

As has been answered in many, many other threads where the same question was asked. NO.

There are 3 options for any website (suggested or not)
1) the site is listed - use Google advanced search (DMOZ search is not good at finding listed websites - as it is not intended for such a function)
2) the site not listable - use the link provided in my previous post to see which type of sites we do not list
3) the site is not reviewed yet - if it is not listed and if it also is not the type of site we do not list it must be waiting review

As you can check if option 1 or 2 is true for your website you can determine which of these 3 is valid for your website.
