How do I know if my site is waiting for review?

Briefly: I submitted my site in the cathegory /Recreation/Travel/Specialty_Travel/Culinary/ short after putting the web online, when I had just a little experience in web promotion. This happened about 10/11 months ago.

My horrible doubt, now, is that I could have made some error, and I cannot answer to this question by myself because I didn't print the submission confirmation page...

I hope that asking this question is ok for the ODP rules; I'm not asking "when/how/why-not-yet", I'm just trying to understand if I made a valid submission or not, in other words if I'm in line or not... should it be valid I'll go on waiting, shouldn't it exist I could make a good first submission.

If it's been 10/11 months, one more suggestion won't be cause for suspicion. Suggest again--once--then don't worry about it.
