How do I move site submission to the proper category?

I submitted site www.dtep.com (Down to Earth Products) in 2004 to the http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_G...t_and_Sundries/ category. I had previously been advised that “The submission has been received and is awaiting review”. What I now realize after speaking with the folks at Yahoo is that I have submitted to the wrong category at dmoz.org. I should have submitted to http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Home_and_Garden/Cleaning/Non-Toxic/

How do I move the site submission to the proper category?

Sites awaiting review are not eligible for user-initiated moves. If you have only submitted the site once int eh past, you may resubmit to the correct category, and in the place where the description goes add something like: [Replaces submission into <clickable link.]

I assume the "resubmission" is subject to the same waiting period as a normal submission?

Of course -- three hours to three or more years.
