How do you request a category change?

Greetings ~

I am interested in seeking an update to the category for an existing listing. I have been unable to determine how to go about making that request.

The listing in question is in a fairly obscure category, while similar applications seemed to be grouped in another category. My goal would be to have the listing placed into the same category as the similar applications.

Is this possible? Whom may I contact?

Use the Update listing link at the top of the category and explain in the reason field that you think the listing would be more appropriate to the other category (include the category path in the reason). Try to avoid asking for inappropriate changes to your title or description at the same time as that could result in the reviewing editor completely missing the category move request. Note: It may well be that your site is appropriately listed where it is and won't be moved. (Please also note that a site can frequently be listed in a dmoz.org/Regional/... category AND in a topical category -- if that's the situation here, you can just suggest your site a second time to the other category.)
