How long does it take to get a site listed?

How does one even know if their site has been reviewed?

I initially submitted my site over two years ago and waited patiently for several months and had no feedback nor did I see it listed. My site changed somewhat and I resubmitted and several months later still nothing.

Is there a set time that a site will be reviewed in or can this go on for years?

Does anyone even take the time to notify you that you have been rejected or accepted?

Is a two year waiting period normal with no feedback what so ever?

My site is not a mirror, does not have advertising on it, not illegal and all the content is original. Can anyone offer me some advice?

The broken link is a result of the conversion of Resource Zone to different software last sunday.
The static pages will be corrected.
