How long does it take to get listed into emtpy categories?

Hi ODP!

I have submitted a site to a category which only has three of four links to it. Some of the links are dead, go to advertising pages (domain expired type farms) and some where the companies have changed name, rebranded or non existant.

This leads me to believe that the category that I am submitting to is not moderated and has not been updated for a while.

My questions are:

1. How long will it take to get listed in a section where there appears to be no editor?
2. How do I report a link that has a problem with it like the matching criteria stated above?

Re2: The fastest way for both sides is the "Update URL" link at the top right of the category page the broken/bad/... entry is listed in.
