How Long is the Site Submission going to be unavailable?

Hi,

I seem to be 1 of many here trying to submit my site. Whats the hold up. Every time I try I end up with this. http://www.dmoz.org/unavailable.html
Is this temorary as it says on the page? Or has someone mistakenly made a Typo Error and it should read Totally Unavailable.
We are a New Zealand Film Locations Company and would like to be listed.
