How long should submission take???

I submitted my site in early September and thought maybe I did something wrong so I resubmitted in mid-late October.

Still nothing

Will it ever get listed???

Will I get notified if it won't be listed???

If it is listable according to our guidelines, probably. But we can't offer any ETA on when that might be. Given that the ODP has been down since October 20, you haven't really been waiting all that long.
