How long to wait??

I submitted around September 2004.

submitted a check in Dec and jimnoble said it was stuck and would sort it. http://www.resource-zone.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=29467

18 months and still nothing.
How do I know that he sorted it?
Should I resubmit?
Is there a penalty for doing so?

In the thread you linked to jimnoble said "I've manually added it to the pool awaiting review..."

We no longer do status checks on URLs as noted in http://resource-zone.com/forum/announcement.php?f=9

There is nothing more you need to do.
