How many times can one website be listed?

When the PRIMARY, FUNDAMENTAL FIRST THREE ITEMS of STEP 1 of the DMOZ guidelines at http://www.dmoz.com/add.html states:

* Do not submit mirror sites. Mirror sites are sites that contain identical content, but have altogether different URLs.

* Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory. Sites with overlapping and repetitive content are not helpful to users of the directory. Multiple submissions of the same or related sites may result in the exclusion and/or deletion of those and all affiliated sites.

Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
Example: http://www.dmoz.org and http://www.dmoz.org/index.html

Then how is it that the site KETZER.COM site can continue to have NINE (9) seperate links in DMOZ, while numerous other sites that have applied in the same cateogires months ago, continue to be ignored...

There is a difference between submitting a site multiple times to multiple categories (which is expressly forbidden) and an editor using discretion in maling addtional listings (which is allowed).

Some sites are considerd good enough resources that they may have thousands of listings in ODP. But if the site owner submitted thousands of times, they would probably be banned for life.

The ketzer.com listings that are there (there's only 7, not 9) are fine.
