How much time takes approved in dmoz?

Hi, all I was submitted my website to dmoz directory submission 3 months before.But still it is not approving.I follow all the guidelines of directory submission.Can anyone suggest me?

We do not offer any timeframe to evaluate public suggestions within. Someone will look at it when someone has time do so, we can not predict when that will be.

why some sites getting fast approval and some or not?Is there any guidelines?It is based on rank?

It all depends on editor time and interest. It can take anywhere from days to weeks to years for a site to be listed. There is no rank.
