How often is the Google Directory Updated?

For example, if you are added in DMOZ then how soon after will u be added in Google?

Not as often as we (at ODP) would like. Why don't you ask them?

It all depends on your PR of your website. The higher the PR, more often Google will index your sites and pages. The lesser your PR, once or twice the Google spider will index. If there are no backlinks to your sites, Google spiders can skip your site and return in the next Google dance.
