How should i know to resubmit my site or not ?

Hello administrator, moderators, senior members and top seo analystis.

I have make my site some two years ago and submitted it to the ODP after that i have no work at my site means no seo, not know what domz does with my site submitting.
Now i have restarted the SEO i came to know that my site is not listed in the directory. How should i know that i should resubmit or not. If my site is not listed due to some reasons what should i do further.

Any body can suggest me what to do or where to check if my site can got good ranks. Following is the link of my site about <URL deleted> using youtube videos.

Normaly there is no reason to suggest a site more than once.
But if you site has undergone major chances there is no harm in suggesting it a second time.
